I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE who continues to support my seasonings! I am happy to announce that Salt (Kosher Sea Salt) is now listed second on my list of ingredients. But the best grilling tip I can give you is “Always use Bren’s!”
There is a variety of Bren’s seasonings to try on all of your favorite entrees. Bren’s Original Blend and Bren’s Smokey Blend are superb for grilling and BBQing with your choice beef, pork, lamb, and chicken.
So are Bren’s Spicy Blend or Bren’s Savory Blend, and they also make your favorite fish or chicken to die for. Or pasta. Or salad.
All of Bren’s seasonings can be used with beef, chicken, pork, lamb, or shrimp and fish. They are also fantastic in soups, salads, pasta, and eggs. Plus the spicy blend is excellent for Bloody Mary’s! Use your imagination!
Bren’s added a South West Blend for fajitas, tacos, burritos, chili and other specialty dishes.
Bren’s Holiday Blend came out just in time for end-of-the-year festivities that’s perfect for turkey, pork and all your holiday dishes!
Bren’s Lemon Pepper is still being perfected, but it’s only a matter of time! It will be available soon for mouth-watering fish or chicken entrees.
GRILLING TIPS FOR THIS RIB EYE STEAK
Bren’s Savory Blend is fantastic on rib eye steaks.
Place the rib eye steaks on a large platter and season with Bren’s Savory Blend on all sides.
Transfer seasoned steaks to the hot grill, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired.
Remove steaks, cover with foil and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Amazing!
